Whiz App (hereinafter “Whiz App,” Whiz,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) is a mobile application that connects users in need of help with providers who are skilled in various fields to help the user solve their problem for a small and/or optional fee.
A user of the Service is hereinafter referred to as a “User” or collectively the “Users.” A provider of the Service is hereinafter referred to as a “provider” or collectively the “providers.” The user or provider may choose to not disclose some of their information but that may result in the user or provider not being able to use our services.
We collect personal information the provider or user provides directly to us, that means the information you fill in during sign up directly on our app or through Facebook and when you make any modifications to your account.

Data Usage Information:
Our platform connects users and providers via phone call, video call, or text. In the event of that we receive data information such as the date and time of call or text and the phone numbers of both parties. If it’s a text message or photo message, we would retain the contents of the message and photo.

Every once in a while we may use your information but only for the sole purpose of communicating directly with our users or providers or to update and improve our services.

As with most peer-to-peer apps the user’s and provider’s information will be exchanged within the capacity of delivering speedy service. Or at the event of a claim that is filed. However, if the user chooses anonymity, the provider will not receive their information but the user will still have the provider’s information.
In the event of such action all communication will be sent by us to your email address. That will serve as Whiz platform’s communication with you.
WHIZ does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. We do not collect the user’s date of birth but we do collect the date of birth of the provider. However, we do not control who can actually use our account. We do not recommend anyone under the age of 13 to use our account because we require personal information that we do not advise anyone under the age of 13 to submit on our app. If you are under 13 please do not attempt to register for any of our services or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. If it comes to our knowledge that we have a user or provider under the age of 13 we will delete their account immediately without any reason as to why.

If you are over 13 but still a minor who lacks the legal capacity to enter into a contract, you must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission to use our services. Your parent or legal guardian must agree to be bound by these terms on your behalf.
Platform Permission Information:
Most Mobile platforms (“iPhone” “Android”) block apps from accessing certain device data without your consent. Both iOS and Android devices will inform you of our platform seeing permission in which you will consent (or not) before you can go forward with using our app.
From time to time we may send you promotional messages through the email you provided. You can opt out of receiving promotion messages by following the instructions within the message. We will still send non-promotional information that pertains to your account.
California Privacy Rights:
California law permits residents of California to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes. Uber does not share your personally identifiable information with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes unless you provide us with consent to do so.
We have security measures in place to protect any information we obtain from you from being lost,
misused, or altered. However, we can’t make assurances on our ability to protect against the aforementioned statement.
